Day 41

Raaar! In the backwoods of Argentina, they aparently aren't too worried about public safety. I took this picture the the links on an 8 foot tall chain link fence, with no roof! Luckily this lion was too tired and too hot to come after those tasty looking missionaries.

Day 40

I was looking through some shots from Argentina and found one of our Christmas Tree. The ornaments are lifesavers cream candies that Mom had sent me in a package. I remember that cactus falling when we cut it down with a machete, and for some stupid reason I tried catching it, and a 2" needle went right into my hand... I don't know that I have had pain like that since. :)

Does anyone remember when our doods were this small? They look so teeny. Now they are so large and in charge.

She was such a good little helper at the zoo! I don't think mommy was even there to help this day.
